专利摘要:
Crimped nonwoven comprising ondulations such that the contiguous bulges (9, 10) of two neighbouring ondulations are comprised of small adjacent pads (11, 12) arranged on a same side of the median plane (8) of said nonwoven. Application: medical and surgical compresses.

专利说明:

The invention relates to textile manufacturing, in particular to; production of nonwoven material for medical purposes. The aim of the invention is to increase the absorption capacity and elasticity of the material while maintaining its elasticity. FIG. 1 shows schematically a material, a view from above; in fig. 2 - section A-A in FIG. I; FIG. 3 is a section BB in FIG. 1; Fig 4 - material in perspective. Nonwoven material 1 has a synthetic mesh of longitudinal 2 and transverse 3 elements and a floor of 4 of cellulose fibers thermo-connected with it, which has rows of undulations evenly distributed in the longitudinal direction, while the adjacent convexities of 6 and 7 of waviness 5 are located above and below the plane of the grid 8. Adjacent convexities 6 of two adjacent rows of wavings 5 are located on the same side of the plane of the grid 8 and are made in the form of pads 9, height 0, mm and width 0, 1-3 mm. The longitudinal elements 2 of the synthetic mesh are polyamide yarns arranged in a mesh with a pitch of 0.11–3 mm, and the transverse elements 3 are polypropylene strips arranged in a mesh with a pitch of 0.1–3 mm Paving 4 of cellulose fibers is a carding cotton fleece. Non-woven material can be made with a synthetic mesh weight of 5-15 g / m and with a deck weight of 10-20 g / m%. Moreover, the material can be performed with a net weight of preferably 7 g / m and a deck weight of 16 g / m. The material has the best indicators of absorption capacity and elasticity and retains good elasticity. formula of the invention 1. Non-woven material for a medical and surgical compress containing a synthetic net of longitudinal and transverse elements and a cellulose volrkon flooring that is thermally connected to it, in order to improve absorptive capacity and elasticity while maintaining elasticity, flooring cellulose fibers have rows of undulations that are evenly spaced in the longitudinal direction, while the adjacent thicknesses of undulations are located above and below the grid plane. 2. The material according to claim 1, characterized in that the adjacent strengths of two adjacent rows of undulations are located on the same side of the grid plane and are made in the form of pads, the height of which is from 0 to 1 mm, and width, - from O, 1 to 3 mm. 3.Material on PP. . 1 and 2, characterized in that the longitudinal elements of the synthetic mesh are polyamide yarns arranged in a grid in increments of 0, 1 to 3 mm, and the transverse elements are polypropylene strips arranged in a grid in steps of 0.1 to 3 mm. 4.Material on PP. 1-3, characterized in that the cellulose fiber flooring is cotton wool. 5.Material on PP. 1-4, characterized in that the weight of the synthetic mesh is from 5 to 15 g / m, and the weight of the flooring is from 10 to 20 g / m. 6.Material on PP. characterized in that the weight of the synthetic mesh is 7 g / m and the flooring weight is 16 g / mCh
